    Hi there, and so sorry for your bad experience. Could you please write to our support and add all the details so we can take a look on your issue and sort it out for you? For some reason, Weebly is not allowing to post mailboxes or links in reply.

    Yes I agree this is a pretty bad app but for all of those frustrated people who cant get rid of it off their website here is the answer, seeing as Weebly are not forthcoming with it. Simpliy go to your site, go to the APPS tab and remove that app. then you can reload it and reset it if you wish, but if you remove the app, it doesnt appear on your site anymore after you publish.

    Good options for customising size, colour and design, however very difficult to edit. The element doesn't have any height so can't be clicked to change the settings. As a workaround, it's possible to delete and create a new one instead - to delete you need to hover over the button so it highlights the element, right-click so you don't lose the element when you move the mouse, then click delete. Not simple, but it works.

    Nearly impossible to edit or remove. They want your email, which they are very aggressive and fast to try to exploit and force you to verify. Weebly should better support its users.

    Can't edit it and can't get rid of it on a page once it's dropped in.
