Madeleine Jarecki Oct 12, 2024I appreciate the provision of a free app, but none of my website testers were able to play audio using this plug-in, despite my being able to from the editor view. They indicated that the "play / pause" buttons clicked, but no sound came out. I'm not sure what the issue was, as this was an issue encountered by multiple people on multiple devices and browsers (mobile, desktop, laptop, Chrome, Safari).

I was pretty frustrated, but Mithsou was extremely helpful. responsive, patient and pleasant. Turned this from a lower rating into five stars. Good customer service goes a long way. Thanks Mithsou!

Marcella Hernandez Apr 29, 2021This app works very well for our purposes on a new website. We have uploaded 3 MP 3's to the site and they play beautifully. It is user-friendly, and we were able to upload a graphic at the top of the app and for each song! I highly recommend it.

Matthew Cody Oct 31, 2019Could not connect an RSS feed towards this player but only Sound cloud. Not a big fan of that, however there other apps are really well made. I am also impressed with how fast they were with addressing this issue, as they responded rather quick.
